Apple releases iOS 11.2.6, watchOS 4.2.3, and tvOS 11.2.6 with with Telugu text bug fixes

Apple has released iOS 11.2.6, watchOS 4.2.3, and tvOS 11.2.6 with fixes to CoreText wherein a Telugu character could crash text apps.

Apple addressed a memory corruption issue via improved input validation.

iOS 11.2.6, watchOS 4.2.3, and tvOS 11.2.6 are available via the OSes’ Software Update mechanisms.

    1. Just checked and they have April Fools Day on the first. They also don’t have Good Friday. But they sure as hell have Earth Day and Cinco de Mayo. I’ll bet Tim Cook would like to have “S**K A Big C**K day if he could.

  1. Local weather (temperature, etc.) will no longer display on my watch, though it still shows up on my iPhone. However, that information will show for Lexington, KY, Bridgeport, CT, et al, just no local numbers!
