“Everything changes with iPad,” a new section of Apple’s website proclaims.
iPad can change the way you do things every day. Take on a new project, pick up a new skill, or start a new hobby. We put together some of our favorite apps and ideas to help you get started.
The page features six sections:
• Cooking with iPad
• Learning with iPad
• Small Business with iPad
• Traveling with iPad
• Redecorating with iPad
• Why iPad?
Apple has released a new video, potentially a 90-second TV spot, as well:
These commercials are terrible. They focus too much on hipster Americans. Get rid of all of these people and just show the device. Steve Jobs has left the building.
I disagree. It’s very Apple. Steve would have approved. Apple sells what you can do with their products, not the specs or the products. . . and that’s what sells the products.
I don’t see that many Americans in this ad. Most are from various parts of the world.
As for “hipsters”, I’m not sure what that even means.

That’s hilarious!
Gee Predrag, what a shame. You may not know this but there are a lot of people in the world who are not American.
Apple clearly understands that this is important.
You clearly don’t.
I an personally pleased that I am not an American. I am an Australian.
I think you are responding to the wrong person. The original poster complained that there are “too many hipster Americans” in the ad. I had responded that he’s wrong, and that the ad shows quite many non-American people. I also commented about his “hipster” remark (which seemed derogatory), which to me didn’t mean anything.
We both clearly agree that Apple is smart to understand that their market is quite global and they are talking to it.
As for myself, while I currently live in America I’m not American either.
Everything changes with iPad Pro!
Great commercial. I enjoy seeing the different ways I can use my iPad in my life. I feel like an “American Hipster”. Yippee.
They left out getting mugged with an iPad.

I prefer the MicroSoft Surface commercials with the dancing people or the incessant tapping on the desktop. NOT!
What? No Coldplay?
