Apple releases Device Support Update for macOS Big Sur

Apple today released “Device Support Update” for macOS Big Sur which ensures proper updating and restoring for iOS and iPadOS devices with a Mac.

  1. I worry about Apple “scanning of my computer for ‘objectionable material’ “.

    Thanks Apple for making many of us fearful of upgrades.

    And please, please don’t say “Well, if you are not doing anything illegal then you have nothing to worry about” because it’s not so much about THIS instance of intrusion but about what’s coming down the road.
