Apple today released iOS 13.4 which introduces iCloud Drive folder sharing from the Files app and new Memoji stickers. This update also contains bug fixes and improvements.

Nothing about fixing all of the terrible aspects of the Music App. Lost star ratings, Downloaded Apple Music songs disappearing, not all the songs updating when updating an album which causes it to split into two albums, the ‘delete from library’ option being the top option which deletes your personal music without any confirmation with no way to get it back (half the time the song just disappears, and doesn’t go to the trash where we could at least get it back out).
