Middle-aged man caught using an Apple Store Mac to peruse porn

“A middle-aged man has been caught casually browsing an X-rated website on a public computer at Sydney’s Apple Store,” Peter Devlin reports for The Daily Mail. “A shopper snapped the culprit and uploaded the image titled ‘Spotted this guy in the Sydney Apple Store… NSFW [not safe for work]’ to Reddit on Monday.”

“The man appears to be browsing the Casual Encounters section of Craigslist – a classified advertisements website – while inside the busy Apple store on George Street, in the middle of the city,” Devlin reports. “The image shows a middle-aged man with glasses hunched over a laptop, resting his hand on his cheek as he casually browses through porn as if no one is watching. ‘Don’t you just love the classic, nonchalant ‘oh, I’m just reading the news’ expression on the guys face?,’ said one user.”

“An image of a man and a woman performing sexually explicit acts is open on the screen as he sits directly across from another man on a laptop and shoppers walk past,” Devlin reports. “It seems the public porn browser doesn’t value his privacy very highly.”

MacDailyNews Take: The etiquette-challenged perv also obviously doesn’t value the sensibilities of others or the welfare of children who might be walking by his inappropriate display.

  1. The American Libraries Association fights for the right of Americans to openly peruse porn on taxpayers supplied computers in front of small children, 10 year olds, teens, and child molesters. The American Libraries Association views this as a vital right of Americans. Knowing todays Apple, I think Tim Cook is a happy supporter of this position.

  2. Porn is a plague of our day. It contorts love and changes brain chemistry by sapping compassion and empathy from the mind of the viewer. Those who engage in production of porn are the vilest of humans.

    1. You sound like a religious zealot who makes up their own simple minded rules but have no idea what they’re talking about making generalizations that fit their world moralistic view they wish to lord over us all with. Like the view everyone who smokes marijuana will automatically move to heroin. People like you are more devoutly to be feared and quashed being the truly vile.

      1. You sound like one of those moronic, new atheist, anti-religious bigots who think all any objections to sexual expression must be borne solely out of religion, and can’t possibly be supported with research and science. Your vitriolic hatred of people who don’t think like you is embarrassing hypocritical, given the premise of which you supposedly operate, ie – rational inquiry, skepticism. There are reams of data which support the original commenter’s premise. In fact, the emerging anti-porn movement now prevalent among men is science-based and secular-framed. Do us all a favour and eat your fedora.

        1. Prove me wrong. It’s usually either a religious or extreme liberal view. You also are a pretty moronic judge of people, carelessly throwing about your hateful handfuls of specious scat like a monkey at the zoo. One size does not fit all except to the generalizing and haplessly bilious as yourself. (Well except for your brain size would easily fit into a walnut shell.) Do us all a real favor and consume your own scat instead of hurling it without a clue.

I hope the irony is not lost on the rest of here, even though you seem to be clueless to it.

You provide us with one link to Psychology Today (chortle) from someone who is really just giving us an op/ed about the issue, with no references and no citations. Sorry, Sparky, you’ll have to do better than that. Go home, son, because the grown-ups are talking.

            1. You haven’t done anything at all except exhibit major cluelessness and a clear pathetic case of Dunning-Kruger. In your words -you’ll have to do better than that Bunkie. Grown-ups? You wish you were in that category junior with your specious third grade POV.

            2. You also play fast and loose with censorship and freedoms which is a big hunk of your basic cluelessness. Frankly I would never trust brainless dipshits like you in charge unable to see the repercussions of their actions and where it could lead. Obviously this, like many things, should not be seen by minors and controlled that way but that’s all. Marijuana is also being legalized more and more and there will be those that will abuse it but that doesn’t mean things need to go back to criminalization but simply more education. Something sadly and obviously you never got. Your beliefs are far more dangerous than drugs or porn.

  3. It’s not illegal is it? Have you seen what kids are watching on TV these days? How about the latest rap/hip-hop videos with Rihanna showing off her unclothed nipples, among other trashy artists? Why is anyone shocked at this? We’re so use to this now that even Playboy has gone Maxim, and now you CAN only read it for the articles. LMAO.
