“If you look back at this year, one thing will surprise you: The quantity of great Mac games released,” Ric Molina writes for Mac Gamer HQ. “In this article alone, I can list 20 great Macintosh games for you. You read that right, 20 great games.”
“his isn’t a list with random releases or passable games. This is a list with only the cream of the crop, the games all reviewers loved, the games I think are tons of fun,” Molina writes. “It’s the quality of these games that is impressive here. In fact, some hard choices were made to keep the list limited to 20, as 2015 brought many more quality titles.”
“Some are sequels, some are completely new IPs and others are remasters of some of the best Mac games of all times,” Molina writes. “In any case, I bet there’s something right for you.”
Here are five of 2015’s best Mac games:
• Shadow of Mordor
• Terraria
• Alien Isolation
• Broken Age
• Cities: Skylines
These five and fifteen (15!) more great Mac games discussed in depth in the full article here.
MacDailyNews Take: 2015 has been a banner year for Mac gaming!
No need for Mac games when you have a PS4. 🙂 if only Apple would release a gaming system, with twice the power and 4K game output, and get all major game developers on board. It would destroy Xbox and Sony. Maybe someday, a long time from now, they’ll launch an Apple console to replace the ATV. Why not? Microsoft did it with Xbox and it’s one of their only markets where they are still successful.
Now, all the angry comments from people who think it’s a worthless niche market, and stupid idea… Thanks for all the one-stars!
Regardless of platform, Terraria is worth owning.
Wahou ! Ce serait cool de pouvoir faire la même chose !
