Apple’s next-gen iPhone, smartwatch to offer NFC technology

“Apple Inc plans to include near-field communication (NFC), a technology that can be used to make payments wirelessly, in its upcoming smartwatch, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter,” Soham Chatterjee reports for Reuters.

  1. I have several ideas of how Apple will enter the wearable market and none of them are being discussed yet. People no longer wear watches but could if they want to. Think smaller. Almost everyone wears one. Sometimes they wear them 24/7. Embed it into that or anything that is made to that standard. Apple made the AppleTV to connect into any HDTV. Why make a few devices when you can make a device that will fit into anyones wearable product that it is designed to fit into.

“Think Different”. I am hoping Apple still can. Can you?
