“Apple Inc. held discussions with Twitter Inc. more than a year ago about taking a strategic investment in the short-messaging service, according to a person familiar with the talks,” Shira Ovide and Jessica E. Vascellaro report for The Wall Street Journal.

This article just further makes the point that Pinch Sulzberger and the rest of the New York Times’ staff are a bunch of clueless morons.
That old Grey lady needs to go bankrupt and give up its inordinate influence on the main stream media.
