“There is no shortage of iPhone 5 renderings, leaks and case designs and we posted those on a few different occasions,” Christian Zibreg reports for 9to5Mac.
“As opposed to artists’ renditions predominantly based on leaked cases and late rumors, let’s step back for a moment and think big,” Zibreg reports. “Courtesy of Aatma Studio, a San Francisco-based 3D animation and digital content shop, here comes a cool iPhone 5 concept they fashioned.”
We at Aatma are massive fans of the iPhone and are eagerly awaiting the release of iPhone 5. Meanwhile, going by the buzz the iPhone 5 is generating, we felt it’s a good time to launch a concept such as this, and showcase our vision of key features of an iPhone 5 or subsequent models could have in the future. – Aatma CEO Pramod Modi Shantharam

Yeah, that’s bad@$$!
Definitely real
Some of it would be impossible even for iPhone 25.
😀
If only.
Wonderful concept. I always hoped for the iTouch to become the basis for the next phone. Slim design, slightly bigger screen and wow… Never imagined a holographic keyboard and projection. Now that rules!
Steve would be proud!
Geez, you talk like he’s dead! He is retired from his CEO position only. Lighten up.
something to do with the Pico rumors recently?
something to do with the Pico rumors/patents posted recently?
Yeah, but can it play Crysis?
Yeah, right. Maybe the iPhone 12 after every other smartphone OS already had the feature for years but Apple needed time to “get it right.”
The days of Apple introducing smartphone features like this first are gone. Now all they seem to do is play catchup. That once a year upgrade cycle doesn’t help.
That’s right !
Only dumb people like us buy iPhones !!
Smart one’s like u go for Androids !!! LOL
Cool!
It’s funny because I was thinking about some of Apple’s recently received patents, and how Apple could use them. I thought of the keyboard idea, but figured there was no way you could do it with a device so thin!
All well and fun (especially the Laser Keyboard and super thin design) but what kind of battery life does it have?
Gay
Yes, and it will cost………”1 mil-…….no wait……….1 billion dollars”!
It’s something that is doable in the next say 2-3 years. I think Apple could take note if it’s not stuff that they have already thought of, which wouldn’t surprise me.
Not to spoil the fun but what exactly is the holographic display projecting onto, and isn’t it just really a projected display rather than holographic.
i’ll take it.
rumors with pico projectors make some of it a possibility anyway.
