“Although Mac clone maker Psystar has turned off the lights at its Web site, the firm is not shutting down permanently, the company’s lawyer said [late Friday],” Gregg Keizer reports for Computerworld.
“Contrary to a report on Thursday by the Dow Jones Newswire, Psystar is not shutting down for good, said K.A.D. Camara, of the Houston, Texas firm Camara & Sibley LLP,” Keizer reports
“Camara did not elaborate on what form Psystar would take in the future, or when it might return to the Web,” Keizer reports.

Psystar is dead. The lawyer is using the dead carcass to promote himself. The Pedraza’s will rue hiring him.
And “Why?” you ask — simple. Because ol K Camara won’t make any bucks unless this thing drags on and on. The best he can get right now is the free publicity. He hopes justice in Florida is blind (and deaf and can’t read, too)…
