  1. This rumor concerning copy/paste has already been discredited. The webkit functions are carried over from the Leopard version. Looking forward to the Core Locations improvements though. Turn by turn GPS? (fingers crossed)

  2. Yeah, right. We’ll be lucky to see copy & paste by the fourth generation iPhone. Not to mention a universal landscape keyboard.

Steve Jobs probably thinks it would be too much for our fragile little minds. That’s why he’s keeping the number of multi-touch gestures dumbed down when we could be doing a hell of a lot more even on a 3.5″ screen.

Daddy Jobs always knows what’s best for us.

How about select and push pictures from any app.
If Yahoo’s finance section can do stocks real-time, then why is Apples stock widget 15 minutes behind…it’s great, but in 15 minutes, alot can happen…it’s simply not accurate enough to be any good.

  4. I’m sure Apple will introduce all these features discussed above when they are good and ready. The mobileme issues highlight that Apple have to be careful about introducing new features so that work properly from the get go.

It’s not as if Apple are losing ground to other competitors. iPod innovations were added over time as the technology improved and managed to keep Apple ahead of the competition. The great thing about the iPhone is that most of the improvements are going to be software based so early adopters won’t be completely left behind.

  5. Steve Jobs probably thinks it would be too much for our fragile little minds. R2

Yeah, right! Steve Jobs, who consistently gives us amazing devices that no one else has even imagined, now wants to dumb everything down. Moron!
