  1. Now, if Alan Greenspan will just keep his withered mouth shut, AAPL and the American markets as a whole will continue to expand . . . perhaps through the summer, even. (Gawd, but it’s hard for some “used-to-was’s” to give up the spotlight and go gentle in that good night of irrelevancy.)

  2. Let’s break it down for you trolls. Presidents speak. Ex-presidents avoid commentary on current presidents, because it is the respectful and gentlemanly thing to do.

You will find only the ill-mannered and self-important have a problem with the above. Draw your own conclusions.

  3. Consider that most Mac savvy notebook fans are waiting were waiting for new Macbook and Macbook Pro’s to appear in April.
(Think how high the numbers might have been if people weren’t waiting for new products!)

  4. Busting, As you have always been among the least mannered and most self-important on this forum (excepting trolls), I’d think you’d recognize Jimmy C. as family … but he isn’t. Gerry F. went to his death bed with canned criticisms of W. waiting for that moment and Bill C., he nearly lost his job over not kissing and telling.
Back on Topic: these are good numbers. Solid enough to make a statement (Mac is BACK) but not so solid that Apple need rush into bringing more facilities on-line.
