Super!!
I wish I could be an ‘artisit’.
Just had to change my flights hoped it would open Saturday.
Will someone please say why all the hype about another Apple store? You would think it was really something when, except for the 24 hr operation, it’s no different from all the others, is it?
This one has a glass cube…
Does anyone think that they may release new products…they have never plugged such an opening before.
Just a thought.

Maybe it will be official…

How do you feel about being snooped on?
Maybe the new MacBook will be unveiled along with those new iPods? I could see the rumor going from May 9th to May 19th . . .
Will there be someone there who can tell me how to work around about a dozen serious bugs in iPhoto and iMovie?
If so, I’ll stand in line for as long as it takes to get inside.
But, I don’t want to be fooled – I really want someone with an Apple paycheck to say if the company is ever going to support anything else in iLive like they do iTunes.
I deserve honesty. If they won’t make them ‘just work’ why don’t they just drop all the other parts of iLife?
I’m going to be in there like swim wear! leaving work early that day or might even call out sick! it’s going to be a beautiful day to be there finally another apple store closer to me than the Soho Store.
I’ve heard David Blane will be in there for six days…

Being a media center, I hope Apple marketing is working to get a ton a free advertising from media exposure of the opening.
John L. “Johnny” Pierson: “Will someone please say why all the hype about another Apple store? You would think it was really something when, except for the 24 hr operation, it’s no different from all the others, is it?”
This one goes to 11.
Just a guess, but if the store opens at 6pm, then it probably will be a 24 hour operation. All the other store openings have been at 10am, if my memory serves me correctly.
This store opens on the fifth anniversary of their first retail store. It will also be their largest store. That may be why they are making a big deal out of it.
Think I’ll sneak in and paint Windows logos on the cube…
” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”LOL” style=”border:0;” />
That cube graphic on the countdown page sure reminds me of the NeXT logo.
People, get a life!
This is crazy. I can’t believe I used to be as nuts as you people were…..

May 19th? Hmmm…
Didja know the DaVinci Code was actually filmed at the GlassCube and not the Louvre Pyramid?
Johnny, either go to one of the Apple Stores that have the classes offered on iLife or make an appointment at the genius bar and get your problem (that you never elaborate on–or did I miss that thread?) with these “bugs” cleared up. Beats just whining here all the time.
I’m not hearing complaints on iLife from other people.
