Ocean Waves 0.6 for Mac OS X can lull you to sleep, works with iPod

Ocean Waves 0.6 generates simulated sound of ocean waves. Unlike the recorded real sound of ocean waves on audio CDs, the simulated sound of ocean waves from Ocean Waves does not repeat for hours. Developer Hidetomo Katsura hopes this helps you relax, sleep at night, and wake up in the morning.

You can also save the sound as an AIFF file, and burn a CD or download on an iPod from iTunes.
