A High Court Judge knowing what an iPod is, let alone owning one is absolutely incredible. I thought they all lived in an entirely different world. This is rather reassuring.

We already know that the House of Commons is riddled with iPod users – hence the Early Day Motion on batteries – which takes care of the legislature, now we have the judiciary, all we need now is what passes for the executive branch (the front bench of the Government) and we can start to filter subliminal audio messages directly into their brain (?): “Windows is insecure, buggy rubbish – buy an OS you can trust”.

I am sure that he has heard and enjoyed the Beatles music too, and I think everyone will agree that that should not be a reason for him not to hear the case, so why should ownership of an iPod?
What would be even better is if he had a catalog of Beatles music on his ‘pod.

Justice is not the judge’s name. It is a title by which all High Court Judges are referred. If you were a H C judge in the UK, you would be referred to as Mr. Justice ndelc. Now there’s a scary thought
