Surf smarter with NetNewsWire 1.0

Ranchero Software has released NetNewsWire 1.0. NetNewsWire is an RSS news reader that displays news and headlines from thousands of different Web sites, including MacDailyNews. NetNewsWire 1.0 incorporates all of the basic RSS news file manipulation features found in NetNewsWire Lite, including RSS discovery, self-configuration, a three pane interface, drag and drop subscriptions, customizable appearance, and much more. NetNewsWire has been released as a fully functioning 30-day demo, and costs US$29.95 to register. NetNewsWire Lite v1.0.2 is freeware and remains available for download. It requires Mac OS X 10.2 or higher. More info and download links here.

  1. Or use SlashDock – an even smarter way to surf using RSS, in my opinion (smart, because it’s living in the dock and therefore always available with one click).
