Ltd.’s subsidiary Shenzhen Century Science & Technology (SCST) may enter Apple’s supply chain with its panels that feature one glass solution (OGS) technology, which have been sent to Apple for testing on its iPad mini 2,” Jack Purcher reports for Patently Apple.
“The rumor states that the 7.85-inch iPad mini 2’s Retina display will adopt OGS technology, and new photomasks for the iPad mini 2 have been delivered, which indicates that the pilot product is set to begin,” Purcher reports.
