T-Mobile is launching a series of compelling offers tied to Apple’s newly announced iPhone 17e and updated iPad Air, emphasizing immediate value through device discounts, bundled streaming and travel benefits, and a longstanding price lock on qualifying plans.
The carrier, along with Metro by T-Mobile and UScellular partners, will carry the iPhone 17e — the most affordable entry in the iPhone 17 family — and the M4-powered iPad Air. Pre-orders for both devices open on Wednesday, March 4th, with general availability starting March 11th.
Apple positions the iPhone 17e as a value-focused model starting at $599 for 256GB of storage — double the base capacity of its predecessor at the same price point. It features the latest A19 chip for improved performance, an advanced 48MP Fusion camera system supporting next-generation portraits and 4K Dolby Vision video, MagSafe wireless charging, a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display with upgraded Ceramic Shield 2 for enhanced durability, and Apple’s C1X cellular modem for faster connectivity. Satellite features like Emergency SOS, Roadside Assistance, Messages, and Find My remain included.
The refreshed iPad Air, driven by the powerful M4 chip, delivers up to 30% faster performance than the prior M3 version, more unified memory for AI tasks, improved cellular speeds via the C1X modem, Wi-Fi 7 support through Apple’s N1 chip, and compatibility with iPadOS 26 enhancements. It maintains starting prices of $599 for the 11-inch model and $799 for the 13-inch, available in multiple color finishes.T-Mobile highlights how its plans deliver “built-in value from day one on America’s Best Network,” including perks such as Netflix and Hulu on Us, discounted Apple TV+, international high-speed data in over 215 countries, T-Satellite connectivity, a free year of DashPass by DoorDash, and T-Mobile Tuesdays deals. The carrier also touts a 5-year price guarantee on select plans and cites independent analysis showing families saving over $3,700 compared to major competitors over the past five years.
