“Foxconn Electronics’ (Hon Hai Precision Industry) China-based production sites in Shenzhen, Zhengzhou and Taiyuan have been hiring additional workers in order to meet customers’ shipping schedules, according to industry sources,” Ninelu Tu and Joseph Tsai report for DigiTimes.
“The sources believe the recruitment is meant to facilitate shipments for Apple’s new products that are ready to be released in September,” Tu and Tsai report.
