“Apple updated its recently-released iOS 5.1.1 edition today for one specific iPhone model [GSM; AT&T Mobility in the U.S.] without changing the version number, likely representing only a minor bugfix in the new release,” MacNN reports.
“The update, which is distinguished by its build number (9B208 instead of the 9B206 built that was distributed), did not come with any release notes,” MacNN reports. “For those already on the original build of 5.1.1, the update can only be downloaded through iTunes or by direct download.”

The 9B208 build can not be jailbroken. But you still may make a rollback to the 9B206 build that can be jailbroken.
Wrong. I am jailbroken on 9B208. As Ctc799 has pointed out, latest version of Absinthe does the trick,

I have build 9B206 on an original iPhone 4, but Software Update says I’m up to date. Anyone else have any experience to share?

Thank you for clarifying that the update is for AT&T customers only. I’m on Rogers in Canada and have not seen the update, so now I’m satisfied I’m on the latest release for me.
I’m on AT&T w the 4S and it tells me that I’m up to date as well.
