On my mid 2011 iMac, Software Update says “everything up to date”. Alternative: Downloaded the file from Apple’s site. Opened the installer and prompt says “not compatible with your system.” So which iMac version(s) is this specifically for?
And yes, I’m running 10.7.3.
not sure. Apple makes no mention of which models (other than saying “intel iMacs) this is for. I’m guessing the i5 and i7 models.

CNET, of all places, gives a fair amount of info about this update. Looks like it is for amd graphics.
Ironic that cnet would be the place to get reliable Mac news.
