“Call it the iCEO mini – three months after his death, late Apple Inc co-founder and CEO Steve Jobs has been immortalised as a 12″ (sixth-scale) action figure,” The Courier Mail reports.
“Toy companies in icons and Dragon in Dream unveiled the figure on New Year’s Day in tribute to the tech visionary who gave the world the Mac, iPhone, iPad and iPod,” The Courier Mail reports. “The figure is due for release in late February for $US99.99 plus shipping.”

Immortalised… as an action figure? It’s like saying: timeless as a sandcastle.
Kinda creepy, almost necro (not philiac, but ???)
I’d rather have an TV.
But, does it come with a reality distortion field?
I’ll bet it comes with a nice vintage Mercedes convertible and no license plate. “Because I’m too important to have a license plate on my car like the rest of you fanboys”!
Maybe he didn’t want people recognizing his car. Many well known people do the same thing for the same reason.
Wow, the hater ratio is high today. I wonder what website linked them here.
They’re android batteries are dead and they got nothing else to do today in their parents’ basement.

Count me in.
So, where is the Bill Gates doll? Not as unusual as you might think. There is a large market for rock guitar god icon replicas (i.e. dolls).
It came out in the mid-1980s…Teddy Ruxpin.
They were going to release a Steve Ballmer doll, but test marketing showed it was frightening the children.
Something tells me Seth Green is gonna be buying a lot of these to use in in stop animation for his Robot Chicken show on Adult Swim. If you ever get the chance to partake in his show, I would invite you to try it at least once. It is an acquired taste, humor-wise, of program though!

So, I can get a full size Steve for 600.00?
Do they offer a full-size inflatable doll version, too?
… but it only comes with one outfit?
If you make a doll to sell at $100 apiece, then it is “in tribute” to nothing but your bank account.
That’s kind of creepy.
Where can I get one? 😉
Nice, but I’m saving up for the complete set. It comes with David Pogue and Walt Mossberg action figures-you can attach their lips to the Steve doll’s posterior!
