The City Of Pasadena Planning Department Design & Historic Preservation Section / Planning Division is reviewing an application for Consolidated Design Review for the property at 54 West Colorado Boulevard, site of Appel Store Pasadena. A public hearing is scheduled for Monday, February 28, 2011 6pm PT.
The applicant, Apple, Inc., states the application is for the construction of a new second-story addition to the rear (southern portion) of the existing retail building (approximately 3,164 square feet).
