Still, I think it’s a stretch to draw causality between an ad most people have probably never seen and the tragedy the other day. It seems like political hackery more than anything else.

The little girl that was killed — she attended the event to see how government works. It would have been safer to come to this forum to learn how government works. First, here’s where the constitutional experts hang out. Second, the political acumen of our contributors is peerless. Third, nobody actually dies…although we do permit character assassination and vague though ominous threats.
I sleep fine at night without putting my guilt onto others who have no effect on my behavior.

There are potheads in all political parties. One of the big deals for the Libertarians is to leaglelize pot, they have supported High Times for decades. As for Sara Pailin, she has put a lot of effort into becoming the face for the conservative movement. So she gets to be the poster child for both good and bad. The truth is no one thing made this terrorist, and he is a terrorist, do this. It was several thing coming together for him, for anyone to blame one thing is short sited.

Are you really going to attempt to ignore the Daily Kos piece from two days prior to the crime in order to focus on a Sarah Palin district “targeting” map from last spring?
Also, Palin has rightly NOT removed her map. It’s still right here and, BTW, it was made by a third-party graphics producer (I know, believe it or not, Sarah doesn’t do her own Photoshop work) who used the surveyor symbol to mark specific locations, not gun sights, on the map they made for Palin’s TakeBack20 campaign.
