Apple today released Magic Trackpad and Multi-Touch Trackpad Update 1.0 which adds support to Mac OS X for the Magic Trackpad and is required for its use.
It also enables inertial scrolling and the three-finger drag gesture in recent MacBook and MacBook Pro notebooks.
Mac OS X 10.6.4 is required before installing this update.

Using one right now. It’s pretty sweet. Even better if you use it like a remote, holding it in one hand and gesturing with the other.
