zoomIt brings SD card read/write to Apple iPhone, iPod touch

“ZoomMediaPlus has announced its new zoomIt application-enabled accessory [US$59.95] for the iPhone and iPod touch,” Charles Starrett reports for iLounge. “Working in conjunction with the company’s free zoomIt app, the Works With iPhone- and Made For iPod-certified Dock-connecting accessory enables users to access a variety of content stored on any SD card mounted in the zoomIt’s SD card slot.”

“Features include support for all iPhone OS 3.0 file types, including photos, videos, music, and documents, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PDF and others,” Starrett reports.

Starrett reports, “The app will enable users to save photos and videos from the card to their Camera Rolls, or move media from the Camera Roll onto the SD card.”

  1. Really? A google Nexus One ad at the top of this page? This is like Sony advertising the Vaio last fall. What a complete waste of money. Do people at these companies running the marketing dept have a clue to what their respective companies do? Oh yeah, neat interface for the iphone.
