Yes, Apple’s numbers are up, but I’m sure most of the stock rise is due to the new (at lease more credible) Tablet rummers including the “extremely happy with the new tablet'” comment Steve was alleged to have made.
With numbers like this, there will be some profit taking, but the long term trend is still going in the right direction
