“crickets”
I just want the version of Guitar Queer-O that they had on South Park recently.
Can’t wait to get mine!
Wake me up when Rock Band’s out for Mac. After playing Rock Band, I don’t ever wanna see another GH again.
MDN magic word “Alone”. As in why buy Guitar Hero and play alone?
I guess the high strung people steeling for this don’t need to fret anymore for something this swell. Not to be picky, but I can’t aspire to truss these programs to teach anything key.
Juke…box…hero!…..he’s got stars in his eyes!
@Ampar
Very droll. Like it!
It’s like Garageband, except it doesn’t let you use a real guitar or make real music, and it is not nearly as fun.
UltraVisitor: That was a great comparison!
And Vista is like OS X except it’s uglier, slower and not as much fun.
It’s a game, stupid. Sometimes people don’t want to REALLY go to Atlantic City and bet their savings on real estate, so they play Monopoly. Get over yourselves.
Speaking as a guitar-player, I’m with “wannabe” – It is, indeed, just a game, not meant to be a replacement or to have any profound musical significance – just fun – remember when you used to have that – fun I mean?
And for some reason it’s easier for total novices than people who actually know how to play guitar.
Hey MDN,
It’s out for Intel Mac only, it’s not Power PC compatible.
@Tommy Boy
And not just any Intel Chips, only the Intel Core 2 Duo @Ghz + so you will need to be running a fairly recent machine for this one.
I noticed this at my local Best Buy last week. Old news.
Saw it for the first time today at Best Buy, but some people have reported seeing it earlier at other retailers.
This sounds like one of the stupidest things ever conceived.
Maybe it’s for fat bastards with goatees who wear their hats backwards?
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
