Apple has released iWeb 2.0.1, an update to it’s website creation application that’s part of iLife ’08.
The update adddresses issues with upgrading and publishing iWeb 1.x websites.

has anyone published a site using a private domain with iWeb 2……..?
It’s Teh Snappytime!
Apple is going up. ,, will go down to 80 then up to 170 in 2 weeks watch this.
Haven’t done the private domain thing yet, but plan on switching over my all too complicated arrangement that acts that way to the almost all .mac way. A friend did it and it seems to work just the way I would’ve hoped. Dirt easy to set up according to him, so it’s a green light.
Thank you, John H. … it would have been a couple of weeks before I spotted this on my own.
I am very excited about the private domain hosting option. I’m going to switch from Yahoo! to .Mac once Leopard comes out in October.
Does anybody know if you can insert a fillable form in iWeb? That would be really helpful to me.
Really. That’s the one they update? I get kernel panics whenever I start iMovie, but iWeb is the one that gets fixed first.
too late: v2 already wiped my site, and had to rebuild it. Think I might wait and see what the other unpaid beta testers come up with before I install this one
html is POO.
flash is OK, and iweb is the nicest I ave seen but poor apple have to use html for designing, This sucks
we shoud be moving to a client for Surfing without Html
Fed cut rates .5%, markets surging. Well, atleast they are surging for now. The still have no answer for how all these loans are going to be paid back. Weak economy, many can’t pay back loans. And we are not just talking about housing loans…… we are also talking about big business and commercial loans as well.
So invest in the banks for the next few weeks and then go straight to cash.
yeah we know buy gold etc and Food, But really just stop buyng cheap made
mate i am so lonely being smart
Hmm … what about the iPhoto update that came along with the iWeb update? Or was that yesterday’s news?
Nope … not yesterday’s, nor the day before’s.
iPhoto (7.0.1) update waiting at Apple.Com – along with iWeb.
DLMeyer – the Voice of G.L.Horton’s Stage Page Pod-Cast – now featuring the ICWP Pajama Party
Software Update says nothing needed for my machine, YOU MEAN I HAVE TO PAY FOR A CRAPPY UPDATE???
iWeb TOTALLY CONKED OUT ON ME, my web pages are stranded, beyond fixing and now I have to pay for aupdate to fix the problems with iWEB to access MY SITE??
FSCK THAT.
I will not reward bad corporate behavior.
It makes a Stockholm Syndrome slave out of you.
Didn’t anyone learn anything from Microsoft?
I like cheese alot. Raise your hand if you like green cheese and cheetohs!
No Spazz, you don’t have to pay for the update. They just come out in waves. Be patient. Love the name though.
Why can’t I post in other threads?
@manghandler
Because the other threads are all cheese free.
apple is a very good company when its virus free laptops are concerned. they do not hang at all. their looks are too very good. they have mac os which is very user friendly.
