thanx, but I played in a band back then, and we had our OWN words to that song .. ” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”LOL” style=”border:0;” />

    MW=”covered” … unbelievable !

  2. Just a year ago All things Beatle (that includes solo efforts by members) were never to be seen on or near iTunes. Now not only is Paul’s work here but he’s done an ad for the damn company.

Looking forward to the other members solo works showing up.

  3. Oooooh! And maybe iTunes can showcase The Beatles cartoon with those wacky alligators and singing mice!

    Here’s a synopsis of Episode 3:

    Please Mr Postman

The Beatles are getting ready for a performance when a postman arrives. He delivers them a letter from the Liverpool Light Company, saying that their account is overdue. Then all the lights at the concert venue go out.

    Devil In Her Heart

When Ringo wanders off from a picnic in Transylvania he ends up at an old witches house. She proceeds to fall in love with him and brew’s a love potion to give him. George arrives just in time to save Ringo and knocks the witch in her batch of brew.

  4. To all the punks who crap on older musicians….eat shit and die you little hypocrites. I am sure none of you listen to Pink Floyd or the Rolling Stones right?

    Why I ought to……

(P.S. McCartney probably makes more in a day dancing and singing in sneakers than you tards do in a year unless McDonalds upped their pay scale.)

If you have QT Pro .. its an easy matter to save the ad …

Just do a “View Source” … locate the vid’s URL ..
Copy / Paste it in your Browser’s Address Bar .. play the vid.. and do a “Save as Source” — or “Save as QT”

  6. It still works… Just wait until the ” listen again?” badge shows up on top of the ad… then simply do a right click to get the “save as” menu item.

Just a bit of timing is needed, nothing else.

  7. “That was a joke, son.”

I know. I just thought the Snopes take was interesting. Especially the part about the FBI wasting enormous amounts of time and taxpayer money on the investigation without even trying the obvious solution. Ask the singer? Sweet Hoover in a dress, that was sad and funny.

  8. Sure we LISTEN to Pink Floyd and the Stones, but I’m sure as hell don’t want to SEE David Gilmore or Mick Jagger tiptoeing thought the tulips with a ukulele in ripped jeans and black t-shirts. As for working at McD’s, why work when I can collect unemployment that you help pay for?

Re your comment above. If it were that easy they’re be less one hit wonder bands.

Its a nice throwback to when music was written to make you dance, laugh or just feel good. It wasn’t about hate, anger, bitches and ho’s.
