MacGroup Detroit to celebrate 20th Anniversary Celebration with special guest Woz this Sunday

With over 400 members, MacGroup-Detroit is the Largest Apple Macintosh User’s Group (MUG) in Michigan, covering the Detroit Metropolitan area.

MacGroup-Detroit will be celebrating their 20th Anniversary Celebration with special guest Steve “Woz” Wozniak, Cofounder – Apple Computer, Inc.

Admission:
• Members – FREE
• Guests – $3.00

The 20th Anniversary Celebration will be held at The Birmingham Temple, 28611 W 12 Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan on Sunday, August 20, 2006 starting at 3:00 PM.

  1. Yea, thanks for letting us know MDN. Unfortunately I live in San Francisco – Detroit is quite a drive.

    (I’m mad at you guys b/c we didn’t find out until AFTERWARDS that there was a 30th anniversary Homebrew celebration on last year in Silicon Valley, which Woz also attended. I’d have made an effort to get to that event. This one is just too far away.)

    Hey, do any of you guys remember the

    Apple ][GS WOZ edition? It had a shortened

    Woz signature printed on the front of the case.
