Technical and logistical issues may keep MDN from updating through certain portions of today. We will update the site with Steve Jobs’ WWDC news and announcements as soon as possible.
MDN recommends the following site for WWDC keynote coverage:

For those looking for a QuickTime stream, “Apple Computer, Inc. will most likely provide a delayed webcast of its World Wide Developers Conference 2004 keynote address on Monday afternoon, sources said. Last week, sources close to Apple’s content distribution partners noted a hefty fee associated with Apple’s webcasts, especially those streamed live. Sources said the company may have chosen to save some cash by providing a delayed broadcast,” AppleInsider notes.
We’ll let you know if/when the stream appears on Apple.com and we’ll get everything around here up-to-date ASAP.
Me want stream ASAP!
ArGH! I’ve been digging everywhere to find a link. Well, I can’t blame them for wanting to save some $$’s on costs. Though I don’t know how providing a delayed broadcast will be any cheaper…
Why Apple, why can’t you just give us a live stream? Following it live feels like being there.
” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”smile” style=”border:0;” /> I want to be present. And why, oh why am I this excited?
It’ll be cheaper because less people will want to spend time watching it, once the conference content is public and known thoughout the internet…
Costs versus making Mac users around the word happy. Let me see, I’ll choose… making Mac users happy. Come on Apple, we support you and want something in return. Maybe the keynote will not turn out that great, and Steve knows!

(Made typo mistake)
Why dont they just use some sort of p2p network for distributing the content live. Like i connect to apple, and then 2 others connect to me, and 2+2 others connect to those that connect to me…
Must be a virus.
“Must be a virus.”
Oh, you mean Windows only…
http://www.macobserver.com will have a live web feed
This is why the real IT world uses a technology that is able to stream a broadcast as important a corporations annual developers meeting…

Maybe they want to edit out any unfortunate occurrences.
Sometimes, when I play with myself, I aim it up and get some spuzz on my face and lick it off.

30″ displays
Tiger not out until 1st half 2005!!!
You think someone would have taken an iSight camera in and just pointed it at the stage. (sigh).
“Spotlight” searching technology… natural language system-wide search tool, utilises metadata.
So far pretty disappointing I can not justify $3300 for a display plus an additional $600 for a “special” video card.
As for Tiger, allot of people give apple crap for updates every year but I like it. It has almost become a tradition that every October you got a new Mac OS. Bummer…..
store.apple.com is closed.
still hoping for “more one thing”…
I hope they fix all those gaping security holes that Secunia warned about in Tiger.
I’m typing this during the Keynote (I can multitask, but don’t tell all these developers, they might feel slighted). But I have to answer the question of why not a live feed, if the delayed feed also costs money.
1+1=2. There’s your answer.
Now back to my RDF…

where are the screen shots of tiger?
Keynote didn’t show much. I knew it! Steve knew that it was not going to be insanely great. But Tiger seems to be fairly early in development. Won’t ship untill early 2005. I think we’ll see more features coming along.
Go to Apple’s website! Spotlight looks like LaunchBar/Quicksilver. Question is, can you keep your hands on the keyboard to select things?
