$80K now; great deed.
I would ask Timothy to make new actually flagman 4″ iPhone (alas, it looks like it is not going to happen this year). The demand, according to MDN poll is only slightly below demand for 5.5″ flagman.
iPhone should be a triumvirate of flagmans, not just two flagmans and a smaller plastic-restyled last year’s model, as it is going to be this autumn.
tim cook has become more of a “rock star” since 2013, so the winning bid for this lunch will probably be higher than the last time they auctioned him off.
Make it a “raffle” so that folks with “normal” wealth can have a shot at “lunch with Tim.” 🙂 (Plus I’ve never been to a “keynote” in person!)
Would Tim be buying your lunch or what?
😉
Tim will likely cover the main course, but I would expect the winner will have to pay for appetizers, drinks, and desert.
I wonder if Mr 2014-16 wants to donate to the RFK Center for Justice and Human Rights.
Before I pay that kind of money, I’d have to know whether the food is any good.
He’s not gonna talk about gay stuff, I hope. Otherwise, I’d bid.
You’re entitled to your opinion, but you’re a jerk.
If Tim Cook wants to give money to charity, he should just do it. There’s no need for some ostentatious display. If I had lunch with him, he would get an earful. Of course I’m sure that who ever bids the winning amount won’t really get to talk to him about much of anything. It’s just PR.
