I know women who are absolutely terrific in the tech biz and hang out at sites like this. Why there are not more, I don’t know. Genetically there is no difference in technical skills. Culturally of course it is not encouraged in women.

But I have to say that I made a cheap shot at Erin that was with regards to female hair stereotypes. That was a very low blow, and clearly not something rational or fair. So for those who were offended, I apologize.
On the other hand, let’s face it. This human (getting rid of the politically correct issues) pulled a classic troll move. Erin said something outrageously obnoxious with zero facts to back up her statement. The mere fact that Apple stock was the victim of panic selling, along with everyone else, has zero to do with its prospects next year or next week. Erin deserves a swift kick in the butt, no matter what sex she is. I thoroughly disapprove of people who spread ignorance and FUD. They deserve all the derision they get. They are, whether overtly or inadvertently, manipulating other people’s behavior. That’s very naughty. I don’t care who you are, including the President of the USA.
