Apple TV is rolling out a family-friendly holiday slate packed with new specials, returning Peanuts classics, and a new film.
The centerpiece is the new Peanuts special Snoopy Presents: 12 Days of Snoopy, premiering Friday, November 13. Snoopy lands on Santa’s naughty list with 12 days to Christmas and tries to prove he’s not such a bad beagle after all. The special includes original music from John Legend, Kamasi Washington featuring Leon Bridges, and Laufey.
On Friday, December 4, Fraggle Rock: A Holiday Gift arrives from The Jim Henson Company, with an appearance by Nicole Scherzinger. When Wembley is named Spirit Captain, a missing snow globe threatens the holiday mood — and the Fraggles learn that kindness and giving matter more than the perfect gift.
Classic Peanuts specials also get limited free streaming windows:
• It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown — October 17–18 (60th anniversary)
• A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving — November 14–15
• A Charlie Brown Christmas — December 12–13
Of course, Apple TV subscribers can watch them anytime.
On Wednesday, November 25, the family film Way of the Warrior Kid premieres, starring Chris Pratt and Linda Cardellini. A bullied middle-schooler spends the summer with his Navy SEAL uncle and learns what real courage looks like.
Apple TV is also highlighting other holiday titles already available or returning, including The First Snow of Fraggle Rock, The Velveteen Rabbit, Hannah Waddingham: Home for Christmas, Spirited, The Family Plan 2, Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special, The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse, and seasonal episodes from Frog and Toad, The Snoopy Show, Fraggle Rock, and more.
