To commemorate Apple’s 50th anniversary, CEO Tim Cook shared previously unseen archival materials with The Wall Street Journal’s Ben Cohen and told the story of Apple through prototypes of its most successful products, including the iPod and iPhone.

In the video below, Cook explains his philosophy of success and failure, reflects on a “man-on-the-moon” project from Steve Jobs — and gets a surprise from The Wall Street Journal’s archives.
