Ahead of Pride Month, Apple is introducing a new Apple Watch Pride Edition Sport Band, watch face, and iPhone and iPad wallpaper.
The Pride Edition Sport Band is available to order today, and the matching, dynamic watch face and wallpaper will be available in an upcoming software update.
Featuring a rainbow of blocky stripes that vary in shape and size, each Pride Edition Sport Band is assembled by hand from individual stripes of vibrant color that are compression-molded together, creating subtle variations. No two bands are exactly alike. The Pride Edition Sport Band is available in 40mm, 42mm, and 46mm sizes, in both S/M and M/L lengths.
The new Pride Harmony watch face and iPhone and iPad wallpaper offer a similar design. The analog watch face presents rainbow stripes, which dynamically shift in sequence across the face of the display to form large hour numerals as users raise their wrist to check the time.
The iPhone and iPad wallpaper features colors that change position as users move, lock, or unlock the device. The Pride Harmony watch face and iPhone and iPad wallpaper will be available in an upcoming software update with watchOS 11.5, iOS 18.5, and iPadOS 18.5.

Fagtastic.
Can we get a new CEO, please? One who can read the room?
A CEO who doesn’t miss mountainous things like AI, kowtow to the fscking CCP, or bore the shit out of keynotes so badly that they have to be pre-taped?
We all have our personal favorite things, but to share it like the World needs to embrace is presumptuous and a little strange.
The focus is wearying. Yeah, “reading the room” applies.
Loving the vibrant design of the new Pride Edition! The matching iPhone and iPad wallpapers are a thoughtful touch. Looking forward to seeing how this year’s edition resonates with users around the world.
This is sarcasm…right?
The new focus for Apple seems to be delivering things years too late.
Not that anyone needs Apple to provide gay electronics, but the moment has passed for this stuff.
“Gay electronics” AAPL 1st to the market…the true innovator.
Vocal minority. Listen, I don’t really care if there’s pride watch bands. But, I don’t understand why we’re acting like lifting such a small minority of Americans is worthwhile. What about much larger minority groups… teachers, police, military, veterans, cancer survivors.
You don’t want us to care what you do in the bedroom, yet you make wha you do in the bedroom front and center. As if it’s more important than any other group. It’s not.
You’ve overreached and America has reacted. I don’t care what you do in the bedroom or who you choose to love. Honestly – have at it. But don’t try and convince me that I’m the issue because drag queens are grooming children in the local library and I object. That’s a big step too far. I believe the LGBTQHJKNSOELGPSNR movement will regret not holding with common sense wins.
As a plumber (a minority group that’s often mocked and disrespected), I’m disappointed why my trade wasn’t included in your list. Year after year we’re scorned and only mentioned in the “plumber’s crack” jokes.
I’m tired of it. If we aren’t going to be noted on watch bands, please send one to me at n/c.
Enough.
It been pride month for five years
Is Apple going to release a special NAZI edition for the minority of Nazi’s in the world? Perhaps Apple can make a KKK watch to go along with the racism that is rampant in the LGBTQCIA+ community that insist–just like the KKK and NAZI’s–we judge everyone based on skin color, and treat some people better than others. Talk about disrespecting Martin Luther King’s vision of a color-blind society, which has been destroyed by the progressive racist movement.
I don’t mean to be overly “anal”, but I love this new line of homosexual themed products.
Politics aside, these are aesthetically awful. If I were part of the ever-growing panoply of groups meant to be celebrated by these graphics, I would be offended that they look so lousy. I’m sure someone put a lot of work into them, but they seriously look like something a fourth grader might have dashed together at the last minute.
nah, this is the one kind of design Image Playground is actually good at 🫣
Apple always finds a powerful way to support inclusivity. The Pride Edition sport band looks fantastic—both in design and what it stands for.
