    1. Yes. After you upgrade to Apple One, services to which you previously subscribed will be included in Apple One one month from your Apple One signup. For example, your active Subscriptions will state:

      Apple TV+
This subscription will be included in Apple One starting Nov. 20, 2020.

      Apple Music Subscription
This subscription will be included in Apple One starting Nov. 20, 2020.

      Etc.

  1. Choices not compelling enough for me to subscribe. I just cancelled my Netflix account because I found that I was not using it much. Same goes for this Apple One subscription. I won’t be using it much.

  2. This was a true “no brainer” as a family with 6 members who already subscribed to 2TB of storage, AppleNews+, Apple Music, I get fitness, AppleTV and Arcade for free.

  3. So if I subscribe now for the free month I will lose the two free months of AppleTV+ I still have coming.

I already use Music Family subscription, so I still have to pay for that unless I cancel it first for the free trial?

Also, if I am wanting to try the Fitness app and it doesn’t go live for a couple of weeks do I still get it for a month?

Maybe in a couple of weeks I’ll see…..

    1. Me too. Since I am already have a free Apple TV plus account, switching won’t save me any money right away. What it will do is give me Apple Arcade in addition to what I already have at about the same price I’m paying now. Once my current free Apple TV plus subscription runs out I’ll be saving $5 a month and getting more stuff (ie the Apple Arcade) I would guess that no one in the family will use Apple Arcade, it really doesn’t matter if I switch now or remember to switch later, right before my free Apple TV plus subscription runs out. Since I am afraid I might forgot to switch later, I will switch right away (next Saturday, my forghtnightly bill pay day)

I don’t expect anyone to find that interesting but we seem to be sharing, so I chimed in.

  4. If one subscribes to the $19.95 per month family plan ($239.40 / year) that includes 200GB of iCloud storage — is that 200GB total that is shared by all 6 people in the family, or is it 200GB each for every person in the family yielding 1,200GB total?

For comparison, Microsoft 365 family plan, for $99.99 per year includes 1TB of OneDrive storage, which is 1TB for each of the 6 people in the family, or a grand total of 6TB of storage. (It’s not an entertainment bundle like Apple’s. In addition to OneDrive storage, it includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and 60 monthly minutes of Skype to Phone.)
