People are going mad for the newly reopened Regent Street Apple store

“If you’ve walked along London’s Regent Street in recent months, you might have been disappointed to see that the Apple Store has been closed for renovations,” Breaking News.ie reports.

“But now you can rejoice, because on Saturday morning the store reopened its doors to the public after huge amounts of anticipation,” Breaking News.ie reports. “And boy does it look slick.”

Breaking News.ie reports, “Apple fanatics aren’t exactly known for being low-key in their adoration of the brand – and safe to say, people were thrilled with the new store.”

  1. Pretty fancy digs for a company going out of business. Or at least that’s what the doom and gloom pricksters like to say. The store looks very nice and it would probably be a lot of fun to hang out there. No other tech company has stores like this and one would think that would make Apple rather special. However it doesn’t seem to work that way. Apple’s retail business doesn’t seem to count for anything which I find rather strange. Those stores are like an anchor for Apple product sales. That should mean something important for Apple’s overall value. Of course, consumers could just spend time in the store and buy nothing.

    1. Excellent point!

I and many others have been repeating the same meme for months.

Sell Macs at EVERY price point that blow the competition out of the water.

No excuse Apple, with all your resources, why this has not been done!

      Sheesh … 😕

      1. Until 2014, Apple had shown little evidence of brain damage, or of loss of faith, or of falling into a regressive attitude of “let them eat cake.” Lately we are suspecting them of all three, just as if they were once dependable and capable warriors but turned, like Benedict Arnold.

      2. Until recently Apple had shown little evidence of loss of nerve, or of falling into a regressive attitude of “let them eat cake.” Lately some of us are suspecting them of both, just as if they were once dependable and capable warriors but turned, like Benedict Arnold.
