Steve’s greatest invention…
And yet, Apple’s market cap is still over $200 billion LESS than Microsoft’s was in December 1999 on an inflation-adjusted basis. And keep in mind that MS was never the company that Apple is today…
I’m really saddened to hear that Apple has such a long way to go to beat Microsoft’s record. So what share price are we talking about to beat Microsoft’s market cap record? It’s probably doable sometime next year, right?
Soooo close! I’m going to part with a majority chunk of APPL when it hits $115. Thanks in advance Apple for that nice new log home! I sold some when it hit $700 and bought the land, 10 acres with a pair of 1/2-acre ponds. Beautiful place. Been waiting for this now for 2 years. Next week for sure!
Be sure to plant some Apple trees as a tribute.

I’m saving for a Hawaii retreat. Hopefully sans lava.
That’s fantastic Wingsy. Congrats
How much is this in Dells? I can’t tell. Dollars, might as well be the metric system.
What exactly does RealNetworks do these days anyway?
I’ve mentioned that here a few times. Must be an in-joke of some sort although I fail see the point.
