“After managing to pick up one of the last of two space grey iPhone 5s at my local Verizon store, I must ask those who say that Apple can’t innovate anymore to please be quiet,” Dennis Sellers reports for Apple Daily Report. “The latest incarnation of Apple’s high-end smartphone is a thing of beauty and a fantastic phone/camera combo.”
“As for iOS 7, I’m not yet sure I prefer it over the “skeumorphism” appearance of iOS 6,” Sellers reports. “At first glance it’s almost too ‘cartoony,’ but after using it for three days I’ve at least adapted to its ‘flat’ appearance.”
MacDailyNews Take: Give it a bit more time (we’ve been using iOS 7 throughout its 3-month beta period) and you’ll never want to go back to iOS 6.
Sellers reports, “The iPhone 5s is an excellent gadget. It’s a great phone, a great camera and a great camcorder, all in a handsome body that will fit in your pocket. What more do you want? ADR rating: 10 out of 10.”
