“An Apple patent filing (number 20130194624) for the ad hoc transmission of scanned documents to computing devices has popped up at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office,” Dennis Sellers reports for Apple Daily Report.
“In other words, the company wants to simplify the scanning of data to your Mac OS X and iOS devices,” Sellers reports. “The process could involve iCloud.”
