Photos of Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs from ‘jOBS’ bioflick hit Twitter

“Images are surfacing on Twitter that depict actor Ashton Kutcher as the late Apple CEO Steve Jobs during his bowtie-wearing days,” Élyse Betters reports for 9to5Mac.

“The biopic is apparently filming now at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, Calif., where students are live on scene to capture the action,” Betters reports.

According to IMDb, “The movie primarily focuses on the early years of Apple, its founding and the up and down years: 1971 – 2000. Steve Wozniak, John Scully, Mike Markkula, and Daniel Kottke have all been confirmed as characters in the movie.”

    1. If he can get “into” the role, or anyone that can get into the role, can play Jobs well …..

I am positive he is ” into” the role …..

The movie will be a smash hit!

  1. I’m not a big AK fan but I’m very curious to see if he can raise his game as an actor to play Steve Jobs. I think he has what it takes to do a really great job in a serious role and I hope he succeeds. We’ll see soon enough, I suppose.

  2. I know this will make y’all think I’m nuts, but, I have seen a few, brief instances of Kutcher acting, and he actually isn’t bad.

And HOLY CRAP he looks like Jobs in that shot. Creepy!

  3. I’ve seen some other shots as a younger Job and he really does look the part. Don’t be surprised if he pulls it off. Many comedic actor play straight rolls well. Steve Martin, Bill Murray, Jim Carrey, Steve Carell, Robin Williams to name just a few.

  4. “The movie primarily focuses on the early years of Apple, its founding and the up and down years: 1971 – 2000.”

The drama decades, fair enough Hollywood.

Hopefully, ends somewhere close to present day.
