Smart move on their part since Apple is ridding iOS of Google step by step with each new release. How much can you say about Google search in Safari on a blog anyways? By the way, when is Apple going to develop a search engine to replace Google in Safari?

This is definitely counter-intuitive. Don’t you make dedicated space for products when they outgrow combined ones? Goole is doing the opposite: “Now that these others platforms have become more popular and have so many users, we’re just going to quit providing them with dedicated service.”
The only explanation is sour grapes. Poorer customer service is a great strategy!
This makes sense in the Orwellian world of Google doublespeak. Heck, their “don’t be Evil” mantra is all we need to know that they ALWAYS have our best interests in mind.
Like how Google keeps telling me, after years and years of GMail use, that they could better serve me if only they had my cell phone number.
They keep asking me for my phone number, and the only way to opt out is a teeny tiny text link in the fine print. Google knows best!! 😉
Lies. So predictable, isn’t it. If google would have played nice they could have enjoyed chumming the waters behind Apples success for years to come. The stock holders should be pissed!

Well, it’s not like Apple pushes Google products. It’s no big deal. Who cares? Move on. Worry about important things in life.
