Google marketing uses Apple iPads, iPhones (with video)

In 2011, Google partnered with four global brands in an advertising experiment. The goal was simple – how can the ideas that defined the advertising industry in its infancy, inspire a whole new generation of creatives and marketers? We re-imagined and remade their most iconic ad campaigns from the 1960’s and 1970’s with today’s technology, led by the creative legends who made these campaigns.

See how Harvey Gabor, original Art Director of Coca-Cola’s “Hilltop” came out of retirement to once again re-imagine his iconic ad in a film presented by Google and directed by Doug Pray.

Also, see Apple iPads and iPhones being used prominently (especially starting around the 5 minute mark):

  1. Hey let’s show Harvey how this will work on a tablet, go grab one.

You mean an iPad? I mean we need it to work or else he just won’t get it. Plus, we need to show him what it will look like in the wild… not just in concept vapor
