Samsung appeals Galaxy Tab 10.1 ban in German court

“The Duesseldorf higher regional court Tuesday said Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd has appealed a ruling from last week that bans the South Korean technology giant from selling its Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet computer in Germany,” Philipp Grontzki reports for Dow Jones Newswires.

Grontzki reports, “The ban followed a dispute with Apple Inc., which claims that Samsung had copied its products.”

  1. Why does Samsung NetTV box resemble iTV?

    Same reason why Galaxy Tab and iPad look similar and function similarly. It’s copied.

    Samsung go back to making televisions…you have a partnership with Apple and you behind their backs stole whatever you could. Apple sholud buy you out and destroy all thIngs Samsung.
