MacDailyNews Take: If this is the real deal and they actually release that piece of crap, HP’s in even more disarray than we suspect. The only thing Apple has to fear from HP’s Windows 7 tablet is death by excessive laughter.

  1. Oh My!
You have to maually turn on and off the keyboard!!!!…surely it is smart enough to know if you want to type or not based upon what you touch….typical Windows and their 3rd party conglomerates complete lack of intuition.

  3. Oh look!!! A CTRL-ALT-DELETE button!! I think M$ should make this mandatory on all PCs with one button. And fast? Is this guy serious? Clumsy, too many buttons, Win 7 is NOT properly written to be a touch OS. MAJOR FAIL! Wow… where can I get a job with gobs of money and still be a dumbass? I’m amazed that these companies survive with such ass backward “innovation”.

  5. There is no way this could be real–at least, not current. Maybe they were planning on shipping this PoC before the iPad was released, but since then, they bought Palm and are supposedly building their new “slate” using an evolution of WebOS. HP management could not be quite so myopic as to think this Windows 7 joke is worth selling, could they?
