“Each app, however, must include a disclaimer that continued use of the iPhone’s LED may dramatically decrease battery life,” MacRumors reports.

I don’t see this as much of an issue, consider most only need a flashlight for a few moments.

Would you believe they already have mirror apps? The problem is, they basically try and make it so the screen goes black so that your glass faceplate becomes the “mirror.” However, if you have one of the screen protectors on it, that makes the mirror app basically useless.
But front facing camera would work perfect! There was a mirror widget for the Mac that took advantage of the iSight camera.
