Analyst Wu: Apple’s MacBook Pro and iPad sales strong; ups AAPL price target to $320

“In a research note issued this morning, Kaufman Bros. analyst Shaw Wu says his checks suggest sales of the iPad and new MacBook Pros are both quite strong,” John Paczkowski reports for AllThingsD. “‘Our sources indicate that Mac momentum is strong helped by a recent significant refresh of the MacBook Pro to new Intel Arrandale processors, offering much better price-performance and an industry best 8-10 hours of battery life,’ Wu writes. ‘While it is still early, we believe the Mac business is tracking to its third consecutive quarter of 20%+ Y/Y unit growth indicating further share gains.'”

Apple knows the number one feature people are most interested in after appearance, is battery life. Closely followed by display and decent (not necessarily great) graphics.

I have the old macbook. Well it’s not that old saying i bought it over this past summer, but you know apple is always coming out with new “upgraded” products. I love the look of the aluminum finish, no other laptops look like that.
