  1. Nice mug shot… Now let’s play a game of “Imagine.”

    Begin game.

Imagine; Brandon Smith hanging out at a local San Mateo bar and “finding” a prototype of a new iPhone. After showing it to his friends, he starts calling newz outlet and “asking” for $5K to gain the right of receiving stolen goods. Then imagine the tech newz ponying up to defend him and the “journalist” who fronted the story. While were at it, lets blame Apple for making their products so attractive in the first place!

Imagine; Mug shots of Jason Chen and the senior staff of Gawker publishing highlighted in national newz for deliberately profiting from corporate espionage. The public opinion outcry over this thuggish attempt to rip off a piece of flesh from the body that is Apple.

    End game.
